Business Development Trainee
Want to learn how technology helps businesses grow, by helping them find the right solutions?
Chief Web Services builds technology solutions that help businesses sell, get paid, manage operations and serve their customers better. We’re looking for a motivated trainee to join us on a part-time consultancy basis and grow into a professional sales role.
Closes 19 November 2026 · 49 slots left
The problem we’re solving
Many Kenyan businesses run on Instagram DMs, WhatsApp chats, phone calls and paper records. Orders get lost in conversations, payments are checked by hand, stock isn’t tracked across channels, and bookings and deliveries are coordinated one message at a time. As a result, businesses lose sales, spend hours on admin and struggle to grow.
Our job is to help these businesses move from manual operations to systems that work for them. Depending on what a business needs, that might be a simple social selling tool, a website with payments, a booking system, inventory management, wholesale ordering or a custom operational solution.
Your role is to find the businesses that have this problem, understand what they’re trying to achieve and connect them with the right solution.
Who we serve
We work with small and growing businesses and organisations across Kenya, in sectors including retail, food, fashion, beauty, health, education, hospitality, logistics, wholesale, professional services and more. Whether a business sells online, takes bookings or runs operations behind the scenes, there’s likely a way we can help.
